Important information regarding deliveries
When you place an order we book a provisional delivery date as per your requirements, if this delivery date is NOT convenient then please call us (0208 807 5416) within 12 hours to re-arrange. We also need you to confirm that there is access for a 17 tonne delivery vehicle (13m approximate length of vehicle, see photo for an indication of size) with a tail-lift and a pallet truck for moving the tiles and that the area being delivered to is a level, flat surface.

There are no deliveries on weekends, bank holidays or periods when we are closed such as the Christmas break.
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are usually despatched the following day. 1pm is the cut-off time for us to add orders to the manifest systems of the national carriers we use.
Restricted / Difficult Access
If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow carriageways etc. we request that you inform us when ordering, as alternative arrangements may be possible to get the goods to you on a smaller vehicle (not available in all areas). Deliveries via smaller vehicles are likely to incur additional delivery charges and schedules, please call us on 0208 807 5416 to discuss.
Deliveries using smaller vehicles may need to be shipped on additional pallets to comply with the reduced 750kg tail-lift weights.
All of our deliveries are curbside only. The goods will be delivered to the nearest and safest point to your property so please ensure that there is sufficient man power on site to move the tiles should this be necessary. It is not the responsibility of the driver to do this for you.
Due to the weight of the crates they cannot be moved on gravel drives, mud etc. - only on hard surfaces.
The order will be delivered 3 working days from dispatch. The delivery company will try to call around an hour beforehand. Your order will be delivered Monday-Friday between 8.30am - 6pm. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimated times for the day of delivery and therefore ask that there is somebody available on site to sign for the goods.
Next Day Service
The order will be despatched the same day and delivered the next working day unless the order is placed after 1pm. Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.
In order to find the delivery charge to your area, see the attached table for delivery prices. Prices are shown for a full (max 1000kgs), half(max 500kgs) and quarter pallet (max 250kgs).
Please note that some heavier items are not covered by our standard delivery charges and will be noted on screen if you need to contact us to get a price for delivery.
Economy Delivery : 3 - 4 Day Service
You or nominated person must be at the delivery address to sign for the order. If no-one is available on site the order will be returned to the distribution hub and a further charge will be made before re-delivery.
Damages and Claims
In the event that there are damages on delivery (visually inspect the pallet when it arrives and note any obvious signs of damage to the exterior packing / pallet), please sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED' and call within 24 hours (or next available business day) to let us know so that we may arrange replacements or discuss an alternative resolution, photographic evidence of breakages will be required for any claim.
Although every effort will be made to honour the delivery date arranged with yourselves, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to reasons beyond our control (eg: broken down vehicle, punctures, acts of God etc.)
Every effort will be made to contact you if there should be any delays to your delivery; however as orders are all sent via a Pallet Network, this is not always possible.
Due to the delivery schedule being between 8.30am - 6pm it is not advisable to book any contractors or tilers for the actual delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any costs involved should trades people be booked and your delivery delayed.
